Artificial Intelligence
Toolsbots AI Lab builds production-grade systems for document intelligence, predictive analytics, and automated decision support — not notebook experiments. Our pipelines classify 2M+ documents monthly at 97% accuracy for government and enterprise clients, with MLOps monitoring, drift detection, and DPDP-aligned data handling. Research feeds directly into NERTA, Doctshub AI, and client delivery programmes.
Agentic AI
We research autonomous agents that orchestrate multi-step workflows — document intake, classification, approval routing, and citizen service resolution — with supervisor governance and full audit logs. Agentic patterns are piloted for government inward processing and BFSI operations before production rollout. Blockchain Infrastructure
Toolsbots engineers permissioned blockchain networks for government record-keeping at population scale. BhoomiChain on Hyperledger Fabric processes thousands of land mutations monthly with immutable audit trails, channel-based privacy, and GIS integration. Research focuses on throughput, key management, and interoperability with legacy revenue databases.
Smart Governance
Smart governance research translates policy goals into deployable digital systems — citizen portals, compliance automation, audit dashboards, and multilingual service delivery. We study adoption patterns from BhoomiChain and state citizen service deployments to design UX and change management that officers and citizens actually use.
Cyber Security
Security research spans zero-trust architecture, AI-powered anomaly detection, and VAPT methodologies aligned to RBI, CERT-In, and MeitY expectations. Findings inform our /ai-security framework and every production deployment handling land records, health data, and digital signatures. We publish internal playbooks for incident response and PKI hardening.
Computer Vision
Computer vision R&D powers satellite imagery analysis for SHAKTI and agriculture programmes, multilingual OCR for land record digitization (12 Indic scripts), and manufacturing quality inspection. Models ship with explainable outputs — bounding boxes, confidence scores — for human verification in regulated environments.
Smart Agriculture
AgriTech research combines IoT soil sensors, satellite crop health indices, and AI yield models with farmer advisory mobile apps in regional languages. Toolsbots pilots precision farming dashboards that connect field data to FPO and government extension programmes for measurable productivity gains.
Medical AI
Medical AI research supports Doctshub AI and NERTA health modules — differential diagnosis assistance, risk stratification, and population health analytics. All clinical AI remains human-in-the-loop with ABDM interoperability and DPDP-compliant consent. We do not deploy autonomous treatment recommendations.
Supply Chain Intelligence
Supply chain research applies demand forecasting, route optimisation, and blockchain provenance to agricultural and pharmaceutical logistics — reducing spoilage and counterfeit risk. Models integrate with ERP and cold-chain IoT feeds for operational dashboards, not slide-only analytics.
Generative AI
Generative AI R&D covers RAG knowledge bases, government document summarization, Indic-language citizen chatbots, and code generation for rapid prototyping. We benchmark OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-weight models for cost, latency, and residency — publishing guides at /knowledge-base and /blog.
Digital Public Infrastructure
DPI research studies how identity, payments, and consent layers enable interoperable services — informed by India's Aadhaar, UPI, and ABDM experience. Toolsbots products (BhoomiChain, SecureSign, Doctshub) are designed as composable DPI modules states and enterprises can adopt without rebuilding trust infrastructure.
Smart Manufacturing
Industry 4.0 research implements digital twins, real-time OEE monitoring, and vision-based quality inspection on production lines. Pilots connect shop-floor PLCs and cameras to cloud analytics with edge failover for connectivity-constrained plants.
Digital Twin Technologies
Digital twin research builds virtual replicas of infrastructure — pipelines, buildings, machines — for simulation, predictive maintenance, and scenario planning without disrupting live operations. Twins feed NERTA dashboards for executive and engineer audiences.
