Our R&D Culture
The Toolsbots Innovation Lab is our dedicated R&D facility where applied research meets production engineering. With teams across Kolkata, Vijayawada, Mumbai, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh, the lab houses specialized groups working on agentic AI, post-quantum cryptography, blockchain scalability, digital twins, and next-generation digital public infrastructure. Every project follows a research-to-production mandate — from lab to real-world deployment.
We actively collaborate with IITs, IISc, and government technology departments across India. Research fellows work from our Kolkata, Vijayawada, Mumbai, Delhi, and UP teams with access to production datasets, engineering mentorship, and publication support.
