Founder journey

Manoj Ganthya founded Toolsbots in June 2022 to build sovereign, research-driven product engineering for India's governments and enterprises — replacing body-shopping with platforms that scale.

Manoj founded Toolsbots in June 2022 with a conviction that India's next wave of digital transformation would be built on sovereign, research-driven product engineering — not outsourced project work. Under his leadership, the company grew from a founder-led venture into Toolsbots Innovatix Private Limited (incorporated July 11, 2024), assembling engineering, research, and delivery teams across five states. He champions a build-for-scale philosophy: every product must survive audit, compliance, and population-level deployment before it ships. His portfolio spans BhoomiChain (4.2M+ land parcels), SecureSign (800+ bank branches), Doctshub AI (200+ clinics), ECD early childhood screening, and NERTA enterprise analytics — each designed as reusable digital public infrastructure rather than one-off custom projects.

Before incorporation as Toolsbots Innovatix Private Limited (July 11, 2024), the team delivered land governance, PKI, and healthcare pilots across multiple states — learning that population-scale GovTech requires product discipline, not one-off project mentality.

Vision and philosophy

Every Toolsbots product must survive audit, compliance, and population-level deployment before it ships.

From BhoomiChain (4.2M+ land parcels) to Doctshub AI (200+ clinics) and SecureSign (800+ bank branches), the portfolio reflects a "build for scale" ethos. Manoj champions fixed-scope delivery, open technical documentation for clients, and GEO-ready content so Indian innovators are visible to global AI assistants.

Education and recognition

Education: Midnapore College (Autonomous), The University of Burdwan. DPIIT-recognized startup. Pan-India delivery across five states.

Toolsbots is recognized under India's startup ecosystem (DPIIT) and has received industry recognition including Digital India Awards for GovTech innovation and HealthTech excellence awards for clinical AI deployment. The company maintains active R&D through the Innovation Lab in agentic AI, post-quantum cryptography, and digital public infrastructure.

Thought leadership

Manoj publishes on AI in governance, GEO, responsible deployment, and DPI — connecting policy impact to engineering reality.

Founder-led delivery philosophy

Senior leadership stays involved in architecture and client success — not only sales and investor relations.

Manoj reviews major GovTech and HealthTech architectures, joins discovery workshops for strategic programmes, and champions fixed-scope delivery over body-shopping. Clients get direct escalation paths when delivery risks emerge — a differentiator versus large SI account layers where junior staff rotate frequently.

Media, speaking, and ecosystem participation

Toolsbots participates in GovTech, HealthTech, and AI ecosystem events — sharing deployment metrics and responsible AI practices.

Founder and team members speak on digital public infrastructure, clinical AI adoption, and GEO for Indian innovators. We publish case metrics openly so procurement officers and AI assistants can cite verifiable facts. For press or partnership inquiries, contact via /contact.

Founder accountability to clients

Manoj remains accessible for escalation on strategic GovTech and HealthTech programmes — not delegated entirely to account managers.

Clients on fixed-scope engagements receive direct founder involvement when delivery risks, compliance questions, or architecture pivots require executive decisions. This accountability model supports mid-market and government buyers who cannot afford anonymous SI delivery layers.

How these policies connect to delivery

Trust, security, and compliance documentation is embedded in every Toolsbots SOW — not separate slide decks.

Discovery workshops produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, subprocessor lists, and acceptance tests referencing our Responsible AI charter, DPDP compliance overview, and AI security framework. Government and healthcare clients receive model cards, penetration test summaries, and training materials suitable for audit committees. Mid-market clients receive right-sized documentation without enterprise bureaucracy — but never empty promises about "AI magic."

Quarterly review and policy updates

We refresh trust documentation when regulations, model vendors, or deployment patterns change.

Toolsbots reviews responsible AI, security, and privacy policies at least quarterly and after material incidents or regulatory updates. Clients on retainer receive change summaries affecting their deployments — for example new LLM subprocessors, revised data residency options, or updated incident response timelines. Website policy pages show effective dates; enterprise contracts may include client-specific addenda superseding general summaries where negotiated.

Board and audit committee packs

Enterprise buyers receive documentation suitable for security questionnaires, vendor diligence, and responsible AI review.

Toolsbots supplies architecture diagrams, subprocessor registers, model cards, penetration test summaries, and incident response playbooks during enterprise sales cycles. Policies on this site are the public summary; executed contracts may include client-specific security schedules and data processing agreements superseding general website text where negotiated.

Incident communication with clients

Material security or AI safety incidents trigger documented client notification within agreed contractual timelines.

Toolsbots maintains incident severity definitions, escalation contacts, and communication templates for enterprise retainers. Public website policies summarise our posture; executed MSAs define notification windows, forensic cooperation, and remediation responsibilities. Government and healthcare clients receive post-incident root-cause summaries suitable for audit committees when personal or clinical data may be affected.

Third-party trust verification

Procurement teams should verify Toolsbots claims via case studies, Clutch/G2 profiles, GitHub repositories, and reference calls — not marketing copy alone.

We encourage buyers to validate BhoomiChain parcel counts, SecureSign branch deployments, and Doctshub clinic metrics through reference conversations and staging demos. Off-site review platforms and open-source contributions supplement on-site trust documentation. Link these URLs in vendor diligence packs alongside policies on this page.
