It covers data we process as a data controller. Where we process data solely on a client's instructions for a delivered project, we may act as a processor and the client's policy may also apply.

Toolsbots uses AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, drafting, design, and development. Content you submit in briefs, chats, or uploads may be processed by automated systems to generate deliverables. Human review and project management remain part of our delivery model.
We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without meaningful human involvement. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless necessary for your project and lawful for you to share.
9. International data transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, and security controls for cross-border transfers.
