This Privacy Policy explains how Toolsbots ("Toolsbots", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, platform, checkout flows, and digital service delivery. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

By using Toolsbots, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform or submit personal data to us.

1. Introduction and scope

This policy applies to visitors, account holders, clients, creators, and anyone who interacts with Toolsbots online, through support, or during service delivery. It covers data we process as a data controller. Where we process data solely on a client's instructions for a delivered project, we may act as a processor and the client's policy may also apply.
